RFE DAY

Well today I recieved a pink letter in the mail from immigration requesting more evidence. This is called a RFE!!I knew this was coming because that lady called me that afternoon about needing this form. She said Dillon would know what to do,but she was just sending me a copy of this letter. She told me not to be overwhelmed when I saw this. Well I was OVERWHELMED,but I am better. Has this happened to any of you? I will just be glad when Dillon gets what they are wantin. Then she said they could have it approved in just a matter of hours. So it is good that someone reliable is working on our process. So I am still thankful even though we need a few things corrected.
We also recieved our refund check in the mail for what I sent in too much,LOL,glad they caught that mistake! I will post when our approval comes in.
I have got to hang Maiya's letters on her wall, and get her comforter on the bed, then I will post some pictures of her sweet room. Well I hope you all have a great weekend. Gidget

You've been busy! I can't wait to see her room. :o) It's good to be working with trustworthy people when strange paperwork arrives!

Yes, this happened to us, but we never received a notice in the mail requesting the info. That is part of the reason for our hold up. The info that USCIS needed had to do with our home study "specific language" they wanted to see. The problem was they were talking with Dillon who didn't do our home study (because we are out of state). All I know is it is great that you have somebody that has your file and is working on it. YAY for the refund of money..that is always a nice thing to get in the mail. Hang in there.

So glad to hear that this little "bump" in the road is getting resolved. Then this next step is complete!

Yay!
